Concrete Poetry is the design practice of Kirsty Harvey.

I work with people tackling complex challenges to make a positive impact with the ideas and knowledge they hold.

My work helps teams communicate value, build support for new ideas, secure buy-in and gain confidence in their mahi.

I design ideas—models, propositions, narratives, brands and experiences.
And I design for ideas—the workshops, tools and artefacts that help people think together, communicate their work and move good ideas forward.

Over the years, I've found myself inside lamb breeding and Michelin-starred kitchens, aircraft and hospitals, home loan applications and supplier diversity programmes, government systems and grocery shelves.

I love working closely with all sorts of people, and believe the best ideas, services and systems keep people at their centre.

I work independently or embed directly into organisations, contributing thinking, design and hands-on making wherever ideas need shape, traction and support.
