When a service promise could belong to almost any organisation, it struggles to carry enough meaning to change how people actually work.
To make Auckland Airport’s promise genuinely resonate, ThoughtFull grounded the strategy in reality—working with kaimahi and guests to uncover what authentic, high-quality service already looked like on the ground. And where it could be improved.
I joined to turn that thinking into tangible form. My role was to shape how the promise showed up in everyday work, creating a practical playbook alongside posters and environmental prompts across the organisation.
The work gave the strategy an ongoing presence, turning collective insight into something people could recognise as their own and put into practice daily.
